Individual Therapy
Face to face therapy supported in home or at school. This depends on the availability of your therapist and your school.
Services
Caregiver & Family Consultation
Support you, your family and child to make the most out of occupational therapy. All therapy will involve caregiver & family consultation, this will be discussed with your therapist in your individual pathway.
Assessment & Report
Assessment can be used to measure your child’s skills, performance and participation. This can be completed in contexts of home, school and community, as well as with family members, teachers and community members.
Telehealth
An option for those out of town and/or those with busy lives. All therapy will involve telehealth to some degree. This will be discussed with your therapist when developing your individual pathway.

Pricing
You do not need a referral or funding scheme to start at Curious Beings. Curious Beings accepts the following funding schemes:
Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) referral through your General Practitioner.
Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) referral through your General Practitioner .
Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI)*
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)*
*Accepting only self-managed participants through the NDIS.
Funding
To cancel your appointment with no fee, please contact us with more than 7 days notice. First occurrence no fee charged.
Cancellation fees apply to missed and short-notice cancellations (less than 7 days). Cancellation fees are dependent on the service being provided and are for 100% of the service.
Curious Beings may waive the cancellation fee if there are exceptional circumstances. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for special consideration.
