Occupational Therapy
for Families
Curious Beings is a paediatric occupational therapy service that supports your child and family as a whole. This service is based in Kingscliff, Northern Rivers. We deliver telehealth and face-to-face therapy to children and their families.
Our Services
-
Telehealth
This is our primary mode of therapy for children and families. We understand that you have busy lives and hope that this will make it that little bit easier.
-
Individual Therapy
Face to face therapy is offered once a term. This is a great way to check in together so that we don’t miss all the little things that are out of frame.
-
Caregiver & Family Consult
This option is encouraged for all families. It will support you and your child to make the most out of occupational therapy.
-
Assessment & Report
Assessment can be used to measure your child's skills, performance and participation.
-
Groups
Parenting and children’s groups to support community, connection and collaboration.
Being Curious
Being is a verb. It recognises the significance of the here and now in our lives. It recognises the importance of being together as a family and community. It is about the present and knowing ourselves, building and maintaining relationships with others, engaging with life’s joys and complexities and meeting challenges in everyday life. Being curious is just the beginning of a life filled with connection, playfulness, growth, kindness and love.
